About Me
A native of Hollywood, CA, Sonia experienced the baptism of the Holy Spirit in 1995 at a home church with people who walked closely with the prophet Lonnie Frisbee until his passing. She has served in worship and prayer ministry since 1995. She served as a youth pastor at Malibu Vineyard under Grant Owen and a youth pastor under the Apostle Al Fornis, from 1999-2001 where she experienced power, signs, and wonders. In 2001 she met Shawn Bolz, who came to watch her teach an acting class in Hollywood. Shawn prophesied over her being a front runner in Hollywood. Sonia served at a Presbyterian church in women’s ministry, on prayer team and as a home group leader from 2011- 2018. Sonia then served at Expression 58 Church on the Prayer team, as well as leading a home group for the Industry Hollywood for two years. Sonia started Power Love and Fire Ministries in 2019 as a prophetic apostolic ministry to help the saints get equipped with knowledge and power for the last days. Sonia was formally ordained under Kapena Wright Ministries as a five fold minister in August 2020 and currently serves on the prayer team at The Gathering Place Church under Pastors Rick and Pam Wright

Time is Accelerating! The Time is Now
On Saturday morning October 16, 2021, very early I awoke with a message in my spirit. The scripture 2 Peter 3:8 (With the Lord a day is like a Thousand years and a thousand years are like a day.) then I thought about Mark 13:20 (If the Lord had not cut those days short, no one would survive, but for the sake of the elect, whom he has chosen, he has shortened them.) Then I felt impressed in my spirit that “The acceleration is upon us.” I believe the Lord is exhorting us to know the days are short, get our homes in order, get our priorities straight, share the gospel, repent and be ready.
Tonight right after I wrote this I saw the moon on the horizon as the sun set in the opposite direction and the moon rose so quickly I could see it moving…confirmation!
